Refunds, damages and returns
In a case of any food items delivered in damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. You can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (071 91 44171). We can then make arrangements with you to replace or refund the damaged goods.
Whilst every effort is made to meet the requested or stated delivery date, O’Hehirs Bakery will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by delays due to reasons beyond our control.
If you have any issues with your order, or have corrections on our website, please contact our Sales Team on email@example.com or by phone, office hours Mon-Fri 0900-1700, Tel (head office). All emails will usually be dealt with within the next working day.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
